Here's one of our favorite barbeque recipes. Be sure

Cut onions, peppers, and 5
tomatoes into halves. Place onto a perforated
steamer pan and put on the top shelf of your regular
oven or smoker. Cook at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove cooked vegetables and allow them to cool.
Chop cooked vegetable and remaining (uncooked)
tomatoes into ¼” pieces. Blend together vegetables,
cilantro, corn syrup, and salt.
